Wild Wing 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2007 Thornton was having some lower-body soreness or something similar, but my guess is that he will be in for the next game. Definitely not a key player like Kunitz, but he skates well and can play decent offense.

Izzy24 44 Report post Posted May 15, 2007 Cast yesterday, seeing a specialist today. Looks like he's done for the series. That's good news. Although, I hope he's back to normal once the series is over, he did go to Ferris State after all.

Hope he's back soon though - he's a liability.

That should counteract Bertuzzi's uselessness quite well. Too bad for Kunitz hes really come into his own this year. Hes a pesky SOB and he plays all out every game the entire game. ZAMBONI 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2007 still doesnt make it quite even as we lost schneider..rather lose a forward, then a D... I wasn't serious. I would rather have both clubs 100 percent it would make the series better in the end always. Tough hit with Schneider he would definitely be tough on the Kill for the ducks. Guest MrSandMan Report post Posted May 15, 2007 (edited) yet more excuses from the ducks.... bleh. Wrap him in gauze and throw his ass back out there. Panzies. Joking, tough loss... hope this gives us a slight edge. Edited May 15, 2007 by MrSandMan
ADF 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2007 (edited) It's official. Kunitz had surgery this morning on his hand. Probably gone for the remainder of this series and the SCF. Edited May 15, 2007 by ADF
