In the grand scheme of things it appears as I always thought that luck and good bounces equal themselves out..we got a couple in the first game and you guys got the breaks in game 2...to all the Wing's fan's complaining about the reffing..cmon..some of you are starting to sound worse than Calgary fans. The tying goal was a goal..calling that a push into the net is pretty far fetched!! We are going to have to live and dye by the sword with Dom..sometimes his flopping style results in crazy saves other times his flopping ends up with the puck on top of his pad and in the net..heres to a win in game 3!!

I know most of you guys thought your performance left a lot to be desired tonight, but you guys shut down our power plays so well. It seemed that Detroit had the advantage everytime they were shorthanded, as we were absolutely manhandled during the PP.

You say that we manhandled you on your PP's? I didn't get to start watching until the start of the second period, and from what I could see early in the period was that your PK was killing us. Come on guys, the Ducks were playing pass and catch out there it was sad. However, momentum did change when we had that 5-on-3, and that's when the coming and going ties started.

Oh, and one more thing. I would like to beleive that Wing fans aren't nearly as rude and obnoxious as Yankee fans, so how about we compare ourselves to Iowa Hawkeye fans?

Bottom line: If the Wings keep playing this way, they can kiss the series goodbye. True, the Ducks' third "goal" was a brutal call, but the Wings have to look at their own play and work from there. Mercilessly horrible 1st period, still way too much putzing around in the defensive zone, lots and lots of turnovers, consistently killing momentum with trips to the box -- it all needs to stop.

Let Hudler take Calder's place, and tell Bert he's sitting if he doesn't make an impact in Game 3.
