This should keep things interesting. Though there really is no way that Buffalo will come back. I know Lindy wants to believe the "33 years" thing, but really, what are the chances?

When you think about it though, if Ottawa blows a 3-0 series lead, they will have basically failed in almost every aspect of playoff hockey. They would certainly have a long summer to think about it.

I think it any team in today's NHL could blow a 3-0 series lead...it would be the Sens. It ain't over yet.

True that..

I'm pretty sure though that Buffalo will win game 5. I thought it would be a 6 game series to start...just not in Ottawa's favor.

It wouldn't suprise me if they did. As I said before, if they do, they will have basically failed in every aspect of playoff hockey imaginable. Even in the years when teams like the Wings, or the Islanders before their dynasty years, always had previous failures, they never blew a 3-0 series lead. Ottawa could very well be the ones to do it though, given their history.

I kinda wanted the Sens to wrap it up tonight. If they had won, and the Wings/Ducks series went 7 games, they would have 12 days off. Thats pushing the limit of 'rest'. If the Wings made it they would have the sure advantage- the Sens would have been rusty after 12 days off. Now all we can hope for is 10.
