Is it logical to feel both?

Am I the only one that fears despite outworking the ducks this series, we'll lose the game tonight in heartbreaking fashion?

I'm not trying to be negative, I just have a horrible gut wrenching feeling that hands will be shook tonight.

I predict a Hemsky-like kick of the puck into Hasek's, pads then he'll be pushed in the net on what will be called as goal after review in the 4th OT.

I'm actually pretty optimistic about tonight, and oddly enough have no worry about whether this may be the last game for our Wings.

The past 3 games we deserved to win, and we were robbed twice. We were robbed, not on lucky bounces, but by ourselves, because we didn't bury them when we had the chances (ie 5-3s 5-4s etc). We have way too much veteran experience to let that happen tonight, and you know we're going to see at least one team play with fury that hasn't been seen this year in the playoffs. Even if the Ducks do step it up and play to their max, I think we can overwhelm them.

Wings victory 4-2.

Franzen, Zetterberg, Lidstrom, Draper

Oh, and keep an eye out for the mule tonight. He's gonna play the game of his life.

I feel like the Wings are the better team and yes, it would suck if they lose. However, it's not the end of the world. Everyone seems to forget that this was supposedly a "re-building" or "transitional" year for the Wings. The Wings have established a good young core that's only going to get better with more experience. Plus, we've had this much success without Schneider or Kronwall.

According to the law of averages....things have to even out at some point, after the ducks have been getting some fortuitous bounces the last few games, while the wings have not.

Honestly, part of me is a little scared about being knocked out tonight. But we continue to outplay them in every aspect of the game yet we still lose. That usually doesn't happen. So as long as we outplay them tonight, no way we're losing again. We will take this game, and we will take game 7 at the Joe. I have a gut feeling on this one. GO WINGS BABY!
