Franzen's OT goal to eliminate the Flames... such a bittersweet ending.

And it was like 1AM here in Michigan, and I had my screen door open in my apartment... I said, "YYEEEEEEEESSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!" and jumped up once it was over.

Such an awesome moment, and a huge relief.

Not to take anything away from Anaheim, but the game that they sent to OT like that they didn't deserve. Detroit worked hard that whole game after falling behind early. They never quit, they never backed off, and they earned that OT period. The Schneider goal to seal the game was just the icing on the cake,

Even though we lost the game, Dano rocking Phaneuf and settling up the goal was one of the most amazing and downright orgasmic series of events I've ever witnessed. Much like the Markov-Datsyuk connection during the season (a game we also lost!), the big-hit-to-goal two fer one is tough to beat.

Dano in and of himself was my favorite playoff moment. What a guy. Hope he's a Wing for the rest of his days.
