Here's what I see: Franzen/Zetterburg/Samuellson Datzyuk/Fillpula/Holmstrom Maltby/Draper/Kopecky Bertuzzi/Hudler/Cleary Lidstrom/Kronwall Schneider/Markov Lilja/Lebda/Chelios Dom Ozzie Howard This assumes of course that they keep Dom and resign the UFA's. This would probably leave them quite a bit under the cap but with that lineup I'm not sure where you would add or subtract. Kopecky would be the odd man out I guess if they signed Drury,Smith or Gomez. I personally don't trust Dom in the net at age 43 and would prefer them to trade someone like Lilja for a goalie. I'm just curious, but do you think the wings are better if Dats and Z are on the same line or are on different lines? I don't think Markov and Schnides will be back. same for lang and Calder. I believe Hudler is just trade bait at this point. I guess yopu can say this is my dream line up for next year. Lebda and Chelios move it better i understand why some of you might be frustrated cause kronwall gets injured but i cant understand how some you constantly trash him , the guys got loads of talent , hes just been unfortunate but thats due to change , if the wings werent confident in his abilities they wouldnt of given him a 5 yr deal , and yes he got 1 goal i think it was ?? but if most of you watched the games youd know it was just due to badluck , he had loads of chances to score the puck just wouldnt go in for him ......kronwall will be a big player for us in the future Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I never lied Lilja but he was great (except one HUGE giveaway...) I would keep Lilja and trade Lebda... sure Lebda is faster but if you want someone as Babchuk you have to give something... I think we can also expect Hudler to be gone. If not, then he'll be benched for someone, Kopecky probably, because Hudler and Babcock seemingly don't see eye-to-eye. Just my opinion anyways.
