FinWing 26 Report post Posted July 9, 2007 He was the Stars' top scorer last season... Well yeah, but with 51 points.
WingNut 25 5 Report post Posted July 9, 2007 Every GM in the league will be watching the arbitrations, though I doubt the Wings will make a move. I'd rather see us get one more D-man (Markov preferably) to solidify that area. Like Holland said, he has to leave the club room to get Z's extension taken care of. topshelf14 1 Report post Posted July 9, 2007 Marcel Hossa, MIchael Camillerri, I really wish Barrett Jackman was still available. That guy would have been great on our team.
superstarsingh 23 Report post Posted July 9, 2007 Avery coming back would make my year. He's exactly the type of player the Wings need right now, plus he can score as well! The man has made a name for himself ever since he was traded. He's fast, got soft hands, great on the PK, plays on the PP, and of course is very physial and will stick up for his teammates to no end. Here's hoping! Atta girl. Well said.
AUWingsFan 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2007 I'd love to have Avery back! I think his game has matured since the last time he was a Wing....having said that I don't ever think we'll get him back, but I hope so! If we got him back I'd be one of the happiest campers around!! YoungGuns1340 1 Report post Posted July 9, 2007 He was the Stars' top scorer last season... Yeah. He lead all forwards on Dallas in PP time (4 minutes per) and couldnt even bank 20 goals. The guy brings absolutely nothing to the roster. Hes also ridiculously soft and wears pink T-shirts. He has no character and is famous for his playoff theatrics with that faux wrist injury. Guest Canadian Wings Report post Posted July 9, 2007 Ribeiro has been underperforming for 3 years know. Plus hes a diving pansy who loves the theatrics to get penalites called his way. No thanks. Ryder, Stempniak, and Avery would all be good for at least 50 points, with Avery on the Cusp. Armstrong would be good too. agreed. ribeiro is an ass clown.
