Never thought I'd say it, but there's an instance where bad publicity is just that.

And if you're a hooker with AIDS, illegal or not, that person should be locked up for longer than 3 years... though I guess if you're a fan of Darwin, you'd probably disagree with that.

Funny note, we (being the IT staff) just busted a guy in Denver at my job using company e-mail to solicit prostitutes. I can't help but wonder...

It's about the same reason anyone does something like this knowingly: they just don't give a s***.

I don't think three years is enough either. This isn't much different from killing somebody - you're just using a different knife, and a knife that can spread beyond the first victim too.

While that pic is terrifying what truly scares me is that somebody in Denver was willing to pay money for uh... a good time with that lovely Avalanche Representative.

So i guess he got a gross misconduct for "butt-ending"?

(ive just reached a new low... haha )

Of course, theres the obvious Hooking penalty too!

Now that i think about it, he was also probably assessed with minors for too many men and for cross dressing too. This "guy" had quite an undiscliplined night!

Sorry for bringing this post back from the dead,

But I have to say I agree flip-check, this should be attempted murder. If a person knowingly drop poison in a city's water supply would they bet let off after three years. no!

This person knowingly walked around with a loaded gun (pun intended) and was willing to do whatever.

The problem is that the us legal system is too afraid to do anything in fear that passing such a law would alienate some one or ostracize someone. We have become a nation of people who are to PC to do anything that is right.

And man that is an ugly woman/man/thing and that doesn't even include the jersey!!!!
