Ah, poor Oilers. They got some calls to go their way against us 2 years ago in the playoffs, so I'm not going to cry them a river any time soon. I'm not sure about this, but I think that it was McGeough who officiated the final game of our series against Edmonton, and if that's so, then he more than made up for it.

Yeah, he did. I still remember that call, he even had 2 things to choose from: stop the play due to a high stick or then disallow the goal Hemsky or whoever it was kicked into the net.

BTW, was it him who called that crap call on Datsyuk at the end of Game 5 against the Ducks?

my personal favorite is one i can't really remember who the player was, but he was the maple leafs goalie (belfore or cujo) and a player scores by running through the goalie no call is made, so the goalie goes nuts and tackles him.

That was Cujo, and he was so angry that he slipped and took the ref down--it it was intentional, he did a good job of acting out to make it seem otherwise.

Ray Ferraro thinks there should be 12 periods in NHL games, 5 minutes each. That way you don't get jumpy pucks like that....
