OsGOD 3 Report post Posted September 13, 2007 (edited) Yeah we are trying a new way... make things a little difficult to the extent that you will have to make choices as to whom you want in... By having only a starting 5 (LW, C, RW, D, D,) and some "subs" as the Fx2 and Wx2 that will add a bit of decision making into the game come puck drop. I actually have two drafts on saturday so it will be a fun filled hockey day indeed Don't worry as long as you keep your teams updated and don't bail on us we will be happy as sea otters in the sea... whatever that means. The commish is very accessible and will wow you with all the stats that he posts after weeks (this is totally outside of yahoo, he keeps some weird ass spread sheets and updates them regularly). I am not the commish, but he is a coworker and I have been involved with 5 of his leagues in the past... a real class act. ONE MORE SPOT AVAILABLE!!!!! One item that might change (if the commish hasn't done it yet, is move the bench amount back down to 7) we moved it to 10 when it was looking like we would only have 10-12 teams... so with 10 bench players it would take more players out of the general pool and still keep the league kinda competitive in that you would have to make decisions as to who to bench and who to play. With more bench you have more players available and the fun begins as you struggle to figure out who you play over who. But that might move back down to 7, it all depends on what he feels... it could also remain at 10 with wouldn't be all that bad either really.
