Wings' website to simulcast NHL Network's All-Star coverage

The Detroit Red Wings' website is doing something very cool for those of us who don't yet have the NHL Network on our cable systems. DetroitRedWings.com's Ryan Doherty says that the Wings' site will simulcast the NHL Network's extended coverage of All-Star Weekend events:

January 25, DetroitRedWings.com: I've settled in here in Atlanta and from what I can see this city and the NHL have done a great job promoting this celebration of hockey.

Here is a schedule of live streaming events that you can watch on detroitredwings.com this weekend:

EVENT: NHL All-Star Practice and Player Media Availability

DATE/TIME: Saturday, Jan. 26, 9:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. ET

EVENT: Red Carpet All-Star Player Arrivals

DATE/TIME: Saturday, Jan. 26, 4:30-5:30 p.m. ET

EVENT: Cisco 2008 All-Star All-Access Show

DATE/TIME: Sunday, Jan. 27, 3:30-4:30 p.m. ET

EVENT: NHL Network All-Star Pregame Show

DATE/TIME: Sunday, Jan. 27, 4:30-5:30 p.m. ET

EVENT: All-Star Postgame Press Conferences

DATE/TIME: Sunday, Jan. 27 approx. 8:30 p.m. ET

All you have to do is click on the play button located on the lower left-hand corner of our top story panel, and the video will begin to play.
