Opie 308 Report post Posted February 5, 2008 So every week when they put out their power rankings instead of the same old blah blah about the last week of play they look at different facets of the game and the areas teams do or don't need improvement. I think last week was GM and the week before was own free agents who to sign or not sign. Something like that can't really remember. This week it is captains, who needs a new one and who is all set. They still rank the teams based on overall strength but the description is about captains.
