"The one thing I love about Datsyuk, and there is much to love, is that no other player is like him. And, at least in recent history, it's hard to think of any player who has really been like him. He is a unique freak of nature in how he stick checks and operates in tight quarters. It's amazing how he deceives people from a stand-still position or when he isn't moving very fast. He is hockey's David Blaine." -- John Buccigross

Please god. No women NHL players. They can have a WNHL and I'd be all for it. Then they would have some petition to call it the MNHL and start spelling things s/he and take over everything men like to do without women and call us racist and misogynistic if we refute. Ok I'm joking, maybe I've been in a bad relationship.

That's pretty funny though

There is likely something out there, but since she never played in the regular season, you won't find much.

She did not give up 11 goals in one period. She was a pretty good goalie, not quite good enough for the NHL though.

I have such mixed emotions on this topic. Not just with the NHL, but with all pro sports. On the one hand, if a woman was that talented, and could hod her own, sure why not let her compete. But then, if we are going to let the top 0.1% of female athletes into the mens league to compete, shoud the fringe male athletes be able to play against the women? Not so prevelant in hockey, But in the PGA/LPGA. Tough, tough debate.

I wish we had her against Edmonton in the 2006 playoffs.
According to my profile, my reputation is excellent. LOL.

She never played a regular season NHL game, so it doesn't count. Not an NHL player.
