Saran 1 Report post Posted March 14, 2008 crosby's out a week with a sore ankle. He has already missed 21 games this season with a ligament sprain in the same ankle. http://tsn.ca/nhl/news_story/?ID=232007&hubname=
YoungGuns1340 1 Report post Posted March 14, 2008 Is this the same leg that had the broken foot? You know..the one he played on so he could be a little hero in the playoffs last year? If it is, I wouldnt be surprised if this is connected. Cant imagine that playing on a broken foot does a whole lot for your ankle either. Itll be interesting to see if he continues to have injury problems. Could we have another Eric Lindros on our hands?
steveyzerman19 0 Report post Posted March 14, 2008 Ankles are terrible injuries to have. If you dont get it healed properly then its always going to be a little weak. I sprained mine really bad in grade 12 and I still roll it lots. Sometimes just walking down the street and stepping on a rock just little wrong.

shannyfan1414 0 Report post Posted March 14, 2008 anyone else think that Sid the kid came back a little to early from his injury? I'm not all that upset about him not playing much this year. I'm glad to see Ovechkin get some of the spotlight this year. He is tearing it up and i feel that if Sid was healthy then everyone would be talking about him and not AO. No matter how many points he has.
Majsheppard 203 Report post Posted March 15, 2008 hahaha you are right NBC seems to think Sid is the only player in the league. It is okay by me, that way more of our games are on FSN where I don't have to hear idiots ramble on about the other team.
