Video of Yzerman 2005-2006 Goal Against Carolina?

Does anyone have a link to a video of Yzerman scoring a goal against Carolina in his last season (2005-2006)? It was a situation where the Wings didn't show up to play, Carolina had the game in hand and Yzerman, determined to put a spark in the team, carried the puck in all alone and scored a nice little goal. The Wings ended up losing the game, but it was a classic Captain moment.

remember the goal against philly, where he was going off on a line change and dumped it in, kapenan nails him.. he's pissed off on the late hit, gets called for icing.. he's now forced to take the draw in his own end, gets the win.. goes up ice 2 on 1 and lang scores from a beauty feed. classic stevie!

I was switching videos on my site over to youtube and I found it ( i think)...its a short clip theres only 2 goals on it, first one is against devils, and 2nd is the Canes one.
