There is NOTHING better than spring weather and Red Wings playoff action!

I can't wait to bust #19 out!!!

Red Wings will dominate this game.

I'm hoping Flip opens our playoff scoring just like he did last year.

I also hope Abdelkader gets a shot tomorrow!

I've got 2 assignments due tomorrow, I'm not sure how I'll be able to concentrate with this on. I'll try and get them done before the game starts.

OH baby Does anyone else have the butterfliesin their stomach? HERE WE GO!

Calgary upsetting SJ in game one yesterday was very interesting. I hope SJ is the giant that doesn't wake up in the first round this year, not the wings.

Thank god the playoffs are finally here. I can't wait to see the game tonight.

I think that are boys will do just fine. It will be nice to get Stuart back in the line up. I'm hoping to see Lilja step up this year and leave it all on the ice.

Best part of the year!!!!!

Predators 14, Red Wings 1

Despite winning a blowout on the road in a tough building, Predators winger Martin Erat sat dejected in the dressing room and wasn't in the mood for postgame discussion. Asked why he was so down, he replied, "My name is Erat. What kind of a f**king name is Erat? I hate my parents."

Predators captain Jason Arnott looked distressed as he searched for his missing lucky towel, something he's kept in his locker since he won a Stanley Cup with the Devils. The lucky charm was located by teammate David Legwand, prompting a a relieved Arnott to ask where he found it. Legwand responded, "It was buried under a pile of dirty sweaters, next to Tootoo's class and Trotz's neck."

Bring on the playoffs! I do not like the decision to start Dom over Osgood. Dom has looked very shaky all year and in last years playoffs. Both have solid playoff experience - my preference would be Ozzie. At any rate, Wings in five.
