I am guessing that Franzen is going to keep up with his usual hotness, and score tonight. I also think that either or both Datsyuk and Zetterburg are going to continue their playoff success from last year. Same for DirecTV. Horse racing pre-race, Masters 1st round post-actual-golfing coverage, what the f*** is next? Those of us with CI MIGHT get the FSND feed, but I doubt it. And standard def looks like s*** on my HDTV. I got the HD specifically for hockey, and every year something retarded happens where the game is shot in HD and yet I'm watching pixellated hockey. Here's a copy of my letter: I'll get to hear your announcers brag about "crystal clear high definition" tonight, but will I get to see it when I turn on the Red Wings v Predators? No. Why? Because I have DirecTV, and you share your HD with golf on DirecTV, and somehow a golf "post game show" takes precedence. In whose twisted world is that snoozefest somehow more important than the STANLEY CUP PLAYOFFS? Either separate your HD channel from them, or fight harder to show the hockey fans whom you pretend to care about what we'd really like to see. FSN Detroit will be broadcasting it in HD, but although I paid for Center Ice, I won't get to see that either, because you're broadcasting the game and it'll be blacked out. Do something about it.
