Opposing Playoff Goaltender

Why does it seem like every playoff year, the wings get matched up against a relatively unheard of, untested goalie, who seems to end up getting in their head? This is just getting really frustrating almost each and every year saying things like: "Who the hell is this Giguere guy?" "When did Dwayne Roloson learn to play goal?" Where did Dan Ellis come from?"

I think you get my point. Is anyone else ready to pull their hair out?

We just haven't gotten any lucky/dirty goals the past couple games. Whether you want to blame it on Dom or not, when the other team's throwing the puck at the net from the blue line and getting consistent goals from it, you're not gonna come out on top.

Ellis is no Giguere, or Roloson for that matter.

The wings just need to get it together and re-learn what it is to shoot at the net, and not the goalie.

No kidding; I saw at least 4 - 5 times where he left a rebound right in the slot. They definitely won't go far with him.

It's the trap again, not the goalie. We can't break the trap unless we establish a lead first and keep it. We need to be quicker.
