Chaldean 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2008 (edited) Look how sorry Avs fans are http://forums.coloradoavalanche.com/index....0656&st=480 sounds like detroit, head hunt when they take a lead, maybe end a few careers if they're lucky. to be honest i haven't been impressed with detroit this series. to put it in perspective, take out datsyuk, lidstrom, zetterberg, lilja, and holmstrom, mccarty, and osgood. that would be the position detroit would be in, but they didn't get beaten mercilessly by the injury stick. all their goals can be solved with some weak side zone coverage. but i guess detroit gets good playing in their feeder-auto-presidents-trophy division. i could win 50 games playing the 3-4 worst teams in hockey everynight. overcommitment, bad starts, and first seed bias has kept the avs down. henrick zetterberg is a chris simon, oliwa, and downey, minus the toughness. The redwings play like the san antonio spurs, you slip, lay on the ground with your hands up at the referee until you draw some sympathy. then, hang back and throw it weakside.
