All our shots are meaningless slapshots from 40 feet out, which have no chance of going in, with no screen out front. We need to send more people to the net, because right now they're outplaying us. The Pens are more aggressive than us, and are more willing to drive the net. That has to change. I agree about the wings shots, but I dont think the Pens are outplaying the wings one bit. All they are doing is throwing pucks at the net. You need to screen the goalie and crash the net. All these 40 ft shots aren't going to be of any worth unless theres people below the circles. Get aggressive, get to the front of the net and force the Penguins to take penalties against you. Right now Detroit's not doing that. Osgood was phenomenal in that period. Huge saves.
