dating back to last years playoffs, the Wings are 5-1 when I do this

I say the Wings win tonight because experience prevails over emotion in a seven game series. Fleury can only do so much against the Red Machine, and he can only stop them for so long before he breaks. Wings win because of early scoring, and 3 periods of defense. Wings win 3-2 final.

I know what you mean. I think its because of the team. Players like Franz, Huds, Helm, Flip, Lebs, Z are all players us as fans have watched develop, unlike in 02, when the Wings were full of stars and it was pretty much a no brainer they would win the cup. This year, the individual skill was not nearly as great, but the team was amazing. I still cant believe it. I look at the pics of the players I mentioned lifting the cup, and it is almost shocking.
