hi, i am pregnant with our fourth girl!! my husband is an avid red wings fan and was hoping for a boy and to bring him home decked out in red wing gear. well, i want to surprise him and am looking for an infant creeper with booties,bib and hopefully hat but would really like it to be in pink. she is due aug 7th so i am running out of time and havent been able to find anything. i do not live in detroit or anywhere near there and would greatly appreciate it if someone could direct me to anything online that would have what i am looking for. i especially wanted to surprise him cause a-he didnt get his boy, but the wings did win the cup and his baby girl is definitely going to be a wings fan!!!

first off, congrats!

my wife and I have a 5 month old baby girl and we looked everywhere for pink Wings clothes for her and didnt come up with much...and we live close to Detroit, heck we even went to the Hockeytown store in Troy and they didnt have squat. They had a few onesies but they were like $30 bucks!! so we opted to get the pink jersey for $5 more(itll be awhile before she can wear it, its a 4t). now on the other hand we did find alot of Detroit Tigers stuff in pink, we actually got the set that u mentioned, but its Tigers not Wings. not to be a downer but just a heads up.....Good luck hunting!!

Well congrats on the soon to be new addition. I've been looking online for the past half hour or so for you and havent found anything yet. I will keep surfing. I also live in metro detroit and i see stuff like this all the time, of course now that ill be looking for it i'm sure i wont be able to find it now. haha. But anyways, ill keep the search going and ill keep my eyes open when im out and about. There are a few sports stores around here and a REALLY good Detroit sports store that i know of that might have some stuff. Ill keep ya posted if i find anything. Nothing cuter in this world than a newborn in a wings/tigers outfit! My cousin just had a son and me and my brother are playing "uncles" and everytime we see something wings or tigers or lions we just want to buy it for him even though hes ganna grow out of it in like a week!

1st of all congratulations to you and your husband, as a father myself, KIDS RULE!!! ( well at least MOST of the time they do... ). it may sound silly, but try Wal-Mart. When I was there picking out a shirt for my Dad for Father's Day, I happened to notice they had a large amount of baby/toddler/little kid Red Wings gear...you may be suprised by what you find!
PS- Good luck with the pregnancy , and I hope you have really good A/C, I know personally from my wife that being full term in August can be miserable!

I live is southwest Michigan and awhile back I recall seeing small child Red Wings stuff in the Lids Store in our mall. I'm almost sure they had infant as well but that was probably two months ago. I don't see any Red Wings clothing on their website but maybe you could call a shop in the Detroit area and if they have it maybe you can get it shipped to you. I would try any of the locations in Michigan and see what you can come up with. I also would reccommend at least contacting Hockeytown Authentics their phone number is 1-800-go-wings or 1-248-680-0965. You also could call Hockeytown cafe their merchandise stand's phone number is 313-471-6464. A month or so ago I was looking at the NHL shop site for 3 year old clothing and they had several infant outfits but they appear to be gone now so maybe one of those places will have them on clearence now. I was recently at Hockeytown Authentics but was not looking for infant clothing so didn't really pay attention to what they had. Check Target, JC Penney, and Sears too. Penneys has a large variety of Red Wings apparel. If you live in Michigan check Toys R Us. I have checked all of these places online and several other online only stores and have not been able to find anything.
