VM1138 1,921 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 Good Deal! Now Toronto could have a decent goalie tandem. Joseph played well in his role this year and I fully expect him to challenge for top spot again.

Rivalred 630 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 I am happy for Joseph... Good... After this year he can retire where he was happy... On a side note - Leaves tending is not bad...

edicius 3,269 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 Good for Cujo. And, oddly enough, this makes my McFarlane Cujo Leafs figure current again.

akustyk 84 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 wait, wait, wait... are we talking about the same Cujo Leafs fans made fun of and predicted he's gonna suck big time with Wings in playoffs? oh the irony...

SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 wait, wait, wait... are we talking about the same Cujo Leafs fans made fun of and predicted he's gonna suck big time with Wings in playoffs? oh the irony... First playoff year with the Wings while he was solid, he did let in some "sucky" goals. Not that the offense helped in out whatsoever. Second playoff year, very little in the terms of marginal department. Cool to see Joseph back in Toronto.

haroldsnepsts 4,826 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 Good to see Cujo back in Toronto. If he can get his form back they'll have a pretty good tandem in net there too. Now they just gotta fix everything else.
Detroit # 1 Fan 2,204 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 Great to hear. Now my friend can use his old CuJo jersey, was his favorite player so that's always good. And it's cheap so it's also smart for Toronto.
redwing_sparty 0 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 didn't see this one coming. not a bad move though. def makes the leafs a more solid team. they've been pretty quiet today though, for a team that could use a couple playmakers.
CUJO#31 0 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 Who is Curtis Joseph? The guy who could have won the cup for us if anyone bothered to score a goal in front of him. $700K for one year, FYI.

KronwallCRUNCH 5 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 Good to see Cujo back in Toronto. If he can get his form back they'll have a pretty good tandem in net there too. Now they just gotta fix everything else. Which "form" would that be? The one where he's never won a single thing in his career, or the one where he lets in 4 goals on 15 shots? He'll fit right in with the Leafs (again.) A match made in loser-heaven.
