Okay, I'm sure many of you were expecting some big trade news regarding Helm or somethign along those lines.. atleast that what I wanted . But the truth is I just got the shocking news that Darren Helm is now officially a single man. Broken up with his very cute GF of X amount of years (I don't have a clue). I got it from a very very reliable source. The kids call it, Facebook. Anyway, seeing as I'm a bit intoxicated right now I felt a duty to be the first to report the big news.

I don't know what you're talkin about! This is big news. Think of how this could affect his off season preparation. I'm a bit concerned
