WMUCarGuy 8 Report post Posted October 3, 2008 A bunch of friends and I are doing a fantasy hockey league this year and here's my team. I went HEAVY on goalies, taking goalies with my first 2 picks as they account for roughly 10% of the team, but 40% of the fantasy scoring. We have 16 teams in our league, so we had to draft relatively deep, but I'm pretty happy with my team. Gotta hope Stamkos ends up being a phenom and Cheechoo comes back to form. I figure Schneider's +/- will probably suck, but he should get a good amount of points QBing for Kovakchuk, and Fedorov could have a great year playing with Ovie. 1. (8) Evgeni Nabokov - G - SJ 2. Statts 4 Report post Posted October 3, 2008 Not bad IMO. I think the key is in a fantasy league is to pick from a wide variety of players from different teams, but I suck and I am always bias towards Red Wing players. Also I would rather get Finger(ed) than have Pronger on my fantasy team.
