puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted May 11, 2010 Not really. You can't hold a candle to the insanity and randomness of what gets thrown at me by clients, on a given day. They're in a whole other league of weirdness and random acts of lunacy. The person below me needs a new computer to do their job.

Hockeytown0001 7,652 Report post Posted May 12, 2010 Technically not, June 16. Pretty close, though. The person below me is glad they didn't have their birthday fall on a school day.
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted May 12, 2010 June 17th here. I consider it "summer" even though we haven't hit that solstice yet. Anyway- I hated that I couldn't bring treats for school. I had to bring them on my "half birthday". All the kids thought I was cheating or something and I had to explain to everyone why they weren't invited to my party because I wasn't having one since it wasn't my birthday. Plus this was back in the day when "bringing treats" meant that mom cooked something. Mom was normally a great cook, but some of the rich kids had moms that bough store-bought cookies and stuff, so the cake in a pan was really dull because back then everybody's mom made cakes. Since the half-birthday was right before Christmas, everybody was wanting Christmas stuff, not a stupid chocolate cake. The person below me wishes things were less regulated. WizardOfOz30 1,886 Report post Posted May 13, 2010 Yes, there are too many things that are controlled by stupid regulations. The person below me has something important they should be doing instead of posting here and watching the Habs game.
