puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted August 20, 2012 Nope, I am not married, so that's not a possibility in my case. The person below me wonders why super glue sticks my fingers to the object I am gluing, but won't stick the two pieces of plastic together...
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted August 20, 2012 Maybe because your fingers (like the rest of you) are attractive? The person below me is looking forward to the next phase after the phase of life they're in now.
WizardOfOz30 1,886 Report post Posted August 20, 2012 I don't really want to rush this phase because the next one will mean my kids are grown and out of the house The person below me has stared the day with an injury - paper cut for me
puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted August 20, 2012 Does jamming up my pinky-toe last night count? It's multi-colored this morning. The person below me has a fun little trip planned soon.
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted August 20, 2012 I tripped on a floor mat last night. That wasn't planned though. I guess the next planned one is in October to go to Mom's when Aunt Marge is there. The person below me has an unusually big something and will tell us what it is.
Bring Back The Bruise Bros 1,029 Report post Posted August 21, 2012 I have an unusually big hockey card collection. The person below me likes Ron Paul.
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted August 21, 2012 Ron Paul- he's the man with a mission. Ron Paul- he's got the right disposition. I don't remember the rest of the song, but it was catchy. Yeah, he's my "none of the above" candidate. The person below me voted for Ross Perot- or even remembers him.
St. Michael (the Red Wing) 422 Report post Posted August 21, 2012 I know who he is but I don't think I voted for him I turned 18 in 1999. The person below me has a lot of pillows on their bed?
Bring Back The Bruise Bros 1,029 Report post Posted August 22, 2012 Not a ton, no. The person below me is really starting to believe we're gonna see another lockout.
BigWillieStyle 662 Report post Posted August 22, 2012 I seriously think that they will come to an agreement just before the season is scheduled to start, backing up the season by about 2 or 3 weeks. There is no way that the league will be locked out for The Winter Classic. There is just too much money to be made to not play that game. The person below me isn't choosing sides in the CBA negotiations, because they realize that both sides will always have their flaws.
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted August 22, 2012 I'm more for the players this time. The big wigs got their way last time. There's no reason for a lockout when the players are willing to play. The person below me thinks the league could raise all the money it needs to keep the poor teams afloat by raffling off chances to throw a pie at Bettman's face. (I kept it G-rated so as to keep it from getting out of hand.)
WizardOfOz30 1,886 Report post Posted August 22, 2012 I think they should throw (octo)pis in his face The person below me has eaten breakfast in the bathroom while getting ready for work.
St. Michael (the Red Wing) 422 Report post Posted August 22, 2012 Yes I have. Hard to do though and I don't make a habit out of it either. The person below me has at least once in their life smoked something they shouldn't have?
Hack & Whack Rule! 160 Report post Posted August 23, 2012 Yes...cigarettes and mini cigars...and Cubans. Cigars, not the people. The person below has blamed it on the dog.
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted August 23, 2012 Not that I can recall, although one time the dog let out a nasty fart and my sister's ex blamed it on her. The person below me would like to slap someone.

MabusIncarnate 5,344 Report post Posted August 24, 2012 I've been a manager for about 12 years now, I generally take on the tougher projects myself but I have no problems assigning tasks to others. The person below me has to put their damn car in the shop. AGAIN.
puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted August 25, 2012 I do have to get mine tended to, but I don't mind. It's 13 years old, and has been so faithful and good. I buy it whatever it wants, since it doesn't ever ask for much. The person below me cooked dinner tonight and now the house smells like a restaurant. 1 MabusIncarnate reacted to this
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted August 25, 2012 I didn't cook today. I got home from work, ate some applesauce right out of the jar (finished it off) and went to bed. The person below me listens to the radio in the car.
MabusIncarnate 5,344 Report post Posted August 25, 2012 I still own a plethora of CDs, but I just about always listen to classic rock radio in the car. (Loo you need to teach me how to build a better relationship with my vehicle. Mine is an old vengeful asshat. ) The person below me is seriously stressing about the potential of a lockout. 55fan 5,133 Report post Posted August 25, 2012 Between my two jobs, I have too much stress in my life as it is. I am highly concerned, and I will be steamed if it happens, but I am not yet stressing out about it. Ask me in a few weeks and I might have a different answer for you. The person below me has been proposed to (or has proposed) more than once.
