The person below me wanders how Marvin the Martian talks without having a visible mouth. I *heart* Marvin. He is my favorite WB character, by far. He talks using superior Martian technology that mere humans (who are on that planet which is obstructing his view of Venus) cannot understand. Now, where is my explosive space modulator? PS -- Jack, I had lunch at El Arroyo yesterday, and thought about you. Cheers!! TPBM is owns a skateboard.
SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted January 18, 2009 El Arroyo definitely has some yummy food. I do not own a skateboard. The person below me has almost as much bad luck as this guy, or has come in contact with cactii before. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XjvFKRP78zM 1 55fan reacted to this

Thumbs up to the bad luck thing! TPBM is taking a break from playing games on the Wii.
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted January 21, 2009 I have never even seen a Wii. My Godson told me "I wanna Wii." I said, "Bathroom's down the hall; turn left at the washing machine." The person below me is sad that the All-Star Break is upon us.
SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted January 21, 2009 Nah, not really, we went over an entire year without NHL action and we turned out fine. One week is a lot less. The person below me thinks that the opposite gender still has cooties. *shrugs*
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted January 21, 2009 Ooh, icky, I'm replying to a post from a BOY. Ew! Yucky! I'm gonna get cooties. At age 42, I no longer think that guys have cooties. I have learned from experience that they have things a lot worse than cooties- and not all of them are physical annoyances. I have also learned that not all guys are bad- and most of them are pretty darn nice. I seem to find those guys under the "just friends" category. But, hey, we all need good friends, right? The person below me, if given 3 wishes, would use one wish to wish for money.

The person below me, if given 3 wishes, would use one wish to wish for money. So that's why I'm under the "just friends" category all the time.. fack! Time to go back to the playbook! lol ... yeah, money, id have to do it. But my other wishes would be worth it. World peace and stuff, I'd have to really think about those though, make sure the good majority of people can be helped. TPBM saw Gran Torino and thinks its absolutely freaking amazing as I did. Epic even.
puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted January 21, 2009 The person below me, if given 3 wishes, would use one wish to wish for money. True. It would definitely be my number 1 wish, however. People who say money can't buy happiness but it wouldn't hurt my feelings to have a lot more than I do. #2 would be cures for illnesses and afflictions, orphan diseases and such. Money can't buy that, I am afraid, even if wish #1 was limitless. #3 would be finding the love of my life. Hasn't happened. TPBM has more than one pet. 55fan 5,133 Report post Posted January 21, 2009 I'll combine the last 2 since they were posted at nearly the same time. I have not seen any movie since SWIII. I just don't have the attention span (although I can sit through the 5 hour Cup parade, so go figure). I only have one pet. Niklas Mathieu Daniel Robert, who Loo has nicknamed LNHB for Little Nikky Homer-Butt. The person below me still had Christmas candy left over.
puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted January 21, 2009 The person below me still had Christmas candy left over. give li'l NHB a teensy hug from me. No left-over candy here, I gave it all away. Not that I didn't appreciate it, it just tends to attach itself to my butt and follow me around, if I eat it. TPBM has more than a high school degree. 55fan 5,133 Report post Posted January 22, 2009 I got a degree in music with a psych minor some number of years ago, and just graduated with a pharmacy tech degree. Still waiting for a pharmacy job. The person below me likes sudoku puzzles.
SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted January 22, 2009 I have no clue what those are, but since I am easily entertained I always like puzzles. Except crosswords. I suck at crosswords and usually rip them apart after about 10 minutes since I am impatient and not smart. The person below me has spun around in a chair really fast 10 times or more and was able to get out without falling down. 1 55fan reacted to this

55fan 5,133 Report post Posted January 22, 2009 (edited) Back in my younger days, yes. The person below me has tried to play an oboe. (I can't get a sound out of it.) Edited January 22, 2009 by 55fan
SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted January 22, 2009 No, I couldn't even play a piaon, my fingers were too fat and I just liked to bang really loud on the keys half the time. All right I'm exagerrating a bit. The person below me wishes coffee didn't make them pee all the time. 1 55fan reacted to this

YES i lament this all the time. whenever i drink coffee or tea at work (which is pretty much every day) it seems like i have to go every fifteen minutes. my coworkers must think there's something wrong w/me. and don't even get me started on beer. once i'm a few in, it seems like i've gotta go CONSTANTLY. tpbm is currently slacking off. 55fan 5,133 Report post Posted January 22, 2009 I'm getting plenty of sleep. Of course, being old and laid off (lots of time; no money) has a lot to do with that. The person below me checks products for outdatedness (new word) and knows the codes for major companies so they don't buy something past its expiration date.
