I really should have a gun rack, but the bf is a convicted felon and can't be caught with a firearm. Yeah, I could just have the rack, but that's kind of ostentatious. Like referring to that 3-foot-square of tile area by the door as the foyer... and using the French pronunciation. As I've grown older, I've started to see that going back and saying, "if only I hadn't done ______" usually follows through to missing something important in the present. I'd take half of it back, but I wouldn't be living the life I am today, and wouldn't have most of the important people I have in my life. OTOH, I'd have more money.
