I was watching that game lastnight when fairy hit him, I thought to myself, will the league suspend him? I'm glad they did, and didn't wait on it! I think since it was a 4 minute penalty that is what made the difference, if that is the case, way to go on the refs part.
Corey Fairy is a complete D-BAG, I think we can all agree on that!!
That game lastnight between Philly and the Ducks was extremly physical!! Lots of hitting and fighting, all the hits were good, and the fights were good with the exception of Fairy screwing it up!

Kind of hard for it not to be.
Elbowing gets called when players get them up and/or out. Ovechkin's could hardly have held his closer to his side if he'd glued it.

At least Ovechkin had some remorse for what happened. He stood outside the Philly dressing room after the game and apologized to the team for what happened. And the look on his face when it happened was just as plain as day...he was devastated. This one there was no remorse...it was intentional. Four games is well-deserved. I hate that little bastard almost as much as I hate Chris Pronger. And that's a lot.
By the way, you should not use such terms as "fairy" and "***" to describe him. Even if you mean them in derogatory terms, you are insulting those who usually get those words thrown at them. Call him what he really is - a cheap shot bastard.
