RockyMountainWingGal 108 Report post Posted January 4, 2009 I'll probably vote for Turco, but what about the goal on Huet the other day? I think that one was worthy of a top 3....
Elshupacabra 0 Report post Posted January 4, 2009 The one on Turco...no one had seen it before then and it was just executed with such perfection.
Tr!PoD#19 524 Report post Posted January 4, 2009 Definately Turco. Like Elshupacabra said, no one had seen anything like it before, and it was done during regulation time.
Electrophile 3,554 Report post Posted January 4, 2009 Definitely Turco. The move was invented that night. I remember turning to my dad and going "Did you see that? What the hell was that?!"
Kira 451 Report post Posted January 4, 2009 Who cares??? At least he scored them all for our side!!! And all three of them are still looking for their jocks somewhere in the respective arenas. Whoever said this guy should be traded had better have a lot of barbecue sauce for the crow they are eating.
Electrophile 3,554 Report post Posted January 4, 2009 Well......we care! It's fun. Pasha is an amazing player and I don't doubt at some point down the road we're going to have 8, 9 maybe 10 of these to choose from. Doesn't mean we can't debate now on which one is the keenest. Wings_Rule_1010 4 Report post Posted January 4, 2009 I will go with the Turco one, but all three were super embarassing for the goalie. All three were pretty much out of the crease by the time Pavel was through with them.
Rice 42 Report post Posted January 4, 2009 Turco, for all the reasons stated above.

IrishWing19 6 Report post Posted January 4, 2009 Didn't he first do that move while playing in/for Russia before he did it on Turco?
Guest dekeyuk Report post Posted January 4, 2009 The one on Turco...no one had seen it before then and it was just executed with such perfection. Absolutely, plus it was in a game on a break away. That takes guts and confidence!
TheUkrainian 49 Report post Posted January 4, 2009 the question is, what move will he come up with next?
JSchlenske 0 Report post Posted January 4, 2009 Didn't he first do that move while playing in/for Russia before he did it on Turco? Turco was first I believe. He did it in Russia during the lockout.

stormboy 47 Report post Posted January 4, 2009 voted for the turco one just because it was in-game. one thing i did notice when watching the videos is datsyuk's reaction after each goal. i mean, maybe it's the fact that the goal on turco put his team up 6-2 and it was obviously not important, but i've seen pavel get more and more fired up after scoring goals in the last year or so, which i think is great for team energy and his role as a leader. *shrug* just something i noticed. This is really like the first season where he gets fired up over all his goals. He used to be like zetterberg and not really care(for lack of a better word) about the goal. I agree with everything you said. It seems almost like he is a point in his career where is just enjoying everything a little bit more then when he first came into the league. Kira 451 Report post Posted January 4, 2009 As time has gone on, he's gotten to the point where his confidence has increased by leaps and bounds. And he's at the point where he knows he can let a little of his emotions show. When he was in Russia, you didn't see that kind of thing very often. But here, he knows that he can let loose and let his true self show through. Frankly, I love seeing it. It's great to see him smile and show a little bit of emotion. XxGoWingsxX 0 Report post Posted January 5, 2009 For me, it was the harding one...when he made that last deke and the move to the left before cutting right...I literally thought he lost the puck and it was over cuz harding stopped it.....then i realized he pulled the stick back, and shot around him lol. To shorten this, he faked harding AND me out
