Hockeytown_Ryan 119 Report post Posted February 18, 2009 Hehe, get rid of Lilja. Good one. I think I agree....trade him while his value is good..... he is not responsible with the puck....makes alot of bad moves and is NOT a pressure guy.. Paying him pretty good not to be dependable in a pinch!
NeverForgetMac25 483 Report post Posted February 18, 2009 I think I agree....trade him while his value is good..... he is not responsible with the puck....makes alot of bad moves and is NOT a pressure guy.. Paying him pretty good not to be dependable in a pinch! He made some mistakes coming out of the lockout year and one big one against the Ducks in the '07 WCF's. Since then, he's been rock-solid and making practically nothing. The Red Wings need to hang on to any bargains they have on their roster given their tight cap-space. Lilja absolutely is one of them.
