I think there is still a chance that Kovalev also went there but the Habs organization knew he would be charged or suspended for some so the Habs sent him to home? Sounds not natural but it can happen. If he is off for 2 days and now is the time to gain back his level of play, but he went back home? Does it mean he will be traded on the trade dead line or related to this scandal? By the way, I think it can happen easily because Montreal is involved in the French Canadian culture, which has a huge party. No matter what, this is the ugly way to celebrate their 100th seasons.
