Well this sure is ugly.

Howard gave up 4 goals on 23 shots and was then pulled. Larsson has since given up 2 goals on 7 shots.

Down 6-2.

One positive is Mattias Ritola. Assist, +1 and... GR Ritola, 18:27 - Unsportsmanlike conduct , 2 min :D

Kindl has survived the carnage too and is even. Amazing!

Downey and Picard both got 10 minute misconducts.

I sense some ref bulls***...

What on earth is going on out there?!

First the very composed Ritola gets an unsportsmanlike conduct with Picard, and now Downey and Picard get misconducts. Sounds like it's getting pretty intense out there.

1 more goal, c'mon! What an insane comeback it would be...

I was at the game, Howard didn't get pulled. He got plowed into and was scored on the play, there was a huge collition in front of the net that ended up with Howard and Galvin leaving the game with injuries, it looked like Galvin hurt his left knee. I'm not sure what happend to Howard, he layed on the ice for a good 5 mins. and needed to be helped off the ice.

D-Mac played a fair amount of mins. his skating looked "labored", that's best word I can think of to describe it, he did get an assist. It was great to see him play though, living in Syracuse for so long, I haven't had the chance to see him play live in years.
