That one's pretty good, but I think I like this one better. tongue.gif

Hudler!!

"If you didn't know him, and saw him without hockey gear, you'd never suspect Datsyuk to be a world-class athlete. He walks a bit hunched over. His gait is somewhat crab-like, almost like he's still skating, even on dry land.

But put him on skates and he's Houdini on ice. He is not the fastest skater by a long shot, but there can't be too many who are stronger or more flexible. Checking him has to feel like checking Gumby. You might get a piece of him, but he bounces away, moving faster thanks to the leverage he gained from your check."

Things on that Perry picture.

Beautfiul. I don't dislike a lot of guys in the NHL, it takes a lot for me to get to that level, but Pronger and Perry are two of those guys that no matter how good they are, I just don't like 'em much.

Nowhere near as satisfying as Malkin face-down on the ice after the final buzzer last SCF, but given how mentally exhausting this last series was for me, I'll still savour it.

Awh, Dude, me too. I was a wreck yesterday. I was pacing around the house and had to keep reminding myself that nothing I do will affect the outcome of the game. I was thinking that i couldn't drink the same brand of beer that I drank while watching game 6, or don't change my seating position after the two 5 on 3's because the Wings are doing awesome and I don't want to change anything. I let out the biggest holler when Huds scored that first goal.

I started the game without the sound thru the stereo and the WIngs were doing great. Later I turned on the system and the WIngs started giving up goals, so I turned it back off and just had the TV sound on (WTF?, I'm an idiot!).

Yeah, it was draining.

We had a pot luck lunch at work today. And I brought something special for all the duck fans.

If you start a new thread within two hours after a Wings game, specifically a loss, YOU ARE WRONG.
