We have a break area. On rare occasion I go out. Really rare. Sometimes I go up to the main break area. They have vending machines.

slightly tighter is usually better. As for baggy, for God's sake, pull those pants up - no one wants to see your underwear. <_<

I don't do a lot of filing now, but when I used to volunteer in a library, I found that it was more efficient to do it all at once. You could sort of pre-alphabetize stuff as it came in, and then it was in order so you could take one pile to each set of shelves instead of making multiple trips.
