Clean up as I go along. I can't stand to finish something, and then realize I still have a mess to deal with. Especially true when I cook - drives me nuts to have stuff all over and dirty dishes when the food is all fixed so nicely.

Age naturally. I've had some minor plastic surgery to put my face back straight, but not for defying aging.
