Before I retired, I was very neat and orderly, at work, and at home. I must have sold that trait with the building and equipment, because I have become the most unorganized person that I know. I literally have 3 years worth of unopened mail. That's an illness, isn't it?

I don't know what flan is, but my sister likes creme brulee, so I'll go with that.
