Dad always said that he'd pay us to elope.  I always said that I'd elope, but former fiances had other ideas.  Never happened either way, and pretty sure it won't.  Now that Dad isn't around to pay up, I think I'd just have a few friends and family and go low-key.  Unless he has other ideas.  :P

Bare feet. Socks or slippers if it's really cold.

Regular gummy worms or sour gummy worms?

Ramen, not that there's a whole lot of difference.

Stuffing from a baking dish or from inside the bird?  (Or as our family calls them, "wet stuffing" or "dry"?)

As I recall, the stuffing from inside the bird was sweeter.  It's been decades since I had a homemade turkey with stuffing, but I will say inside.

Depends on what it is.  Some things are better home made.  Other things have been perfected by automation with no work on my part.  Stuffing?  Home made every time (as long as it's made by me or my mother).

Apple or pumpkin pie?

no opinion, I don't have kids.  I would tend toward the 2-year-olds, though.  Teenagers know better and could control themselves if they wanted to.

I'll take the hot coals.  I hear that if you do it right, you can escape unscathed due to the build-up of ash.

I do my own toes... always in "Al the Octopus" purple.  Seems indulgent to me, to have someone else do that, but I know a lot of people like it.  I'm not one of them.

Both are nice, but I like candles because they're more subtle.

As long as it's cooked, it's good.  If I'm dining out, I'll go ribeye.

Since I don't have a patio, it would have to be at someone else's house.  This means that I'd have wet clothing.  On the other hand, steps could cause more injury.  Tough call.  I'll go with the patio if it's a good friend.

When the directions give a range of cooking time (say 15-18 minutes):  Shorter time, longer time, or somewhere in the middle?
