First few minutes of a period always make me nervous. Hopefully we come out and dominate for a change.

I guess you know more then the majority of analstys who thought there should have been a min. 2 game suspension on TSN. It's not like they're paid to be objective and knowedlgeble or anything

I guess you forgot game 1 when Parros goal was called off.

I realize you are a troll, but do you really want to play "a goal got waved off" card? Really?

I could not imagine spending tonight on a Ducks forum. How sad a Ducks fan is staying here on a Wings forum. I suppose a student of psychology could have a field day with this.

The obvious slash by Franz on Getz wasn't called.

So what does that make the tally?

8 uncalled on the Ducks, and 3 on the Wings?

Yeah. Thats what I thought.

Everything in this game so far has been spot on, and you really can't ask for anything better than that.

Thanks! Do we have special handshakes or stickers or temp tattoos? Cause all those things... would be awesome. Like Rex.

Something of the kind is certainly in order. I'll get back to you. laugh.gif

If the refs were calling the game as it was intended by the league at the start of the regular season, the calls would be about 20 on the ducks and 10 on the red wings. Instead, you get the refs at first letting it go, then all of a sudden deciding to call cheap crap.

You have to wonder what goes on in the ref's head when this stuff goes on. And you can't tell me the refs have too much to watch. The constant hacks and whacks by Pronger on Homer are going on right in front of the refs. It's ridiculous. If the league wants more goals, then you have to let players get in front of the goalie. If you want to jockey for position, then let them, but not by crosschecking. It's unbelievable.

Hopefully all that pushing by pronger causes him to tire out.

All I can say is, we need a 2 or 3 goal lead.
U GUYS ARE FUKIN ANYOING IM GONNA COME DOWN THERE AND KILL ALL YALL THE ONLY THING THAT SAVED UR TEAM WAS OSGOOD AND OSSGOOD SUKS 2 JUST LIKE UR WHOLE FUKIN TEAM I HOPE U HEARD THIS AND THINK CAUSE ALL I GOT TO SAY TO U IS UR A BUNCH OF FUKIN IDIOTS BARONS A HOOSER CUSE HE WENT TO UR TEAM AND I HOPE U GUYS SHOULD SEND UR TEAM TO ANOTHER CITY CAUSE U GUYS ARE A BUNCH OF FUKIN WHINERS GO CANUCKS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! --- A canucks fan on stltoday.com

Hudler!!

"If you didn't know him, and saw him without hockey gear, you'd never suspect Datsyuk to be a world-class athlete. He walks a bit hunched over. His gait is somewhat crab-like, almost like he's still skating, even on dry land.

But put him on skates and he's Houdini on ice. He is not the fastest skater by a long shot, but there can't be too many who are stronger or more flexible. Checking him has to feel like checking Gumby. You might get a piece of him, but he bounces away, moving faster thanks to the leverage he gained from your check."

Been to other boards. Most of the league thinks Detroit gets away with picks, interference, and diving EVERY GAME in regular and post season.

Jealousy does that I guess, though my experiance on other boards generally has respect for Wing's as a clean and respectable if a bit arrogant team.

But really what is your point in complaining and bitching. Even if it was merited (it isn't) it's falling on deaf ears. Do you honestly think you are going to convince anyone?

What about those s***ty penalties against Stuart in both games 2 and 3, both of which led to PP goals?

Both teams have been shafted by the officiating in this series, as have the Wings tonight on at least one of the calls.

Stop crying Disneyland boy.
According to my profile, my reputation is excellent. LOL.
