chewdog57 0 Report post Posted May 19, 2009 How many of #40's playoff goals have been empty netters? He seems to be money in this situation this postseason. Even when other players have 2 goals and a shot at the hat trick its always Zetterberg putting it away.
Broken 16 381 Report post Posted May 19, 2009 That's because Z might be the best player in the NHL when it comes to putting his foot on a teams throat. HUGE quality.
Electrophile 3,554 Report post Posted May 19, 2009 He knows how to be in the right place at the right time. Although I think if it was him and Pavs going in on it and Pavs needed the goal for a hat trick, he'd let him have it. He's ruthless as Broken_16 pointed out, but I don't think he's selfish. chewdog57 0 Report post Posted May 19, 2009 Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining....I was just curious how many EN's he's had this postseason so far. I missed most of the 1st round because I live in NM and don't have any hockey package, just VS.

lfd250 1 Report post Posted May 19, 2009 Luck of the draw. He's out late to take draws. So he was the greater chance of getting one.

norrisnick 1 Report post Posted May 19, 2009 It is 4. A few of them he tried his hardest to get the puck across the ice, but the lanes were covered. At that point it's safest to put it away than risk a turnover the other way.
