Chris Osgood, Possible Conn Smythe? HOF?

Omaha, NE is traditional a great hockey town, and has been for decades.

I have an UNO hockey t-shirt. Very underrated state for supporting hockey, if not producing the players obviously. UNO, USHL, etc.

Anyway, back to the point...not the first one to mention it, but don't be surprised to see a Penguin win it, even if we win the Cup. Franzen, Zetterberg and Osgood are the only real candidates we have at this point (obviously that can still change).

Ozzie won't get it, I feel pretty safe saying that. He just doesn't get the credit. And as great as F and Z have been, Crosby and Malkin are averaging a sick 1.63 and 1.75 points per to this point. Franzen's at 1.27 and Zetterberg's at 1.2. It's going to be awfully hard to ignore the Pens if they stay at that pace, even in defeat.

Crosby and Malkin have yet to play the Red Wings... just sayin'

will ozzy make Team Canada? http://www.ctvolympics.ca/hockey/news/news...html?cid=rsstsn

okay im trying not to laugh but check out the link

One of the current hot topics of debate is the goaltending position. Heading into the playoffs, New Jersey Devils netminder Martin Brodeur and Vancouver Canucks goalie Roberto Luongo were considered to be one and two for the starting position on Team Canada.

However, the play of Carolina Hurricanes netminder Cam Ward has caused some to raise the question about whether or not he should be considered more than just the third man in the mix. Others have pointed to the play of youngster Marc-André Fleury and Chris Osgood in the post-season to make the case they should be considered for the team.
