Shockingly the Pens have the advantage in PP's.

Talk about breaks, lets talk breaks in game 3. How bout that 21 second extra attacker the Pens were allowed to have. Or the Elbow/crosscheck to the face Franzen took. Not to mention the couple other times that even the announcers said the Pens were lucky to not get a call there. What a joke. I wonder if the wings will have ONE game this series where we get more PP chances??

Calls aren't an issue because both sides are getting away with penalties.

Also a 2 powerplay differential isn't anything imo 3 games in.

The 6 on 4 was glorious, wasn't it.

I'm not going to complain about the PPs. I knew going into this that Detroit would need to battle through this + injuries + 4 games in 3 nights. I thought Detroit was the better team, despite being on away ice and getting called for stuff the other teams gets away with.

Detroit was the better team for the majority of the game. Seemed like we sat back in the third while it was tied and I'm not sure why. The thing that bugs me the most is the refs had been letting play go for the first 2 games. Then they start calling the touchy stuff all of a sudden. I still can't fathom how Hal "Derrian Hatcher Jr." Gill doesn't get called for interference ever. He does the same thing all the time that Big E got called for. I guess wanting any semblance of consistency is too much to ask for.

That was one of my biggest complaint, and probably the very guy (Gill) that Babs was talking about getting away with interference all the time. Every time we dump the puck in the guy is interfering.
