So hard to watch detroit play sometimes, these past two games there haven't been a single possitive thing, well this helm goal was nice but other than that.. NONE... even osgood looks shaky... kronwall... ugh...can you guys find anything possitive?

Bettman wants this a series, the Pens are/will be getting away with murder in their arena. I fear this is the year the NHL will see to it that Crosby gets his cup. The non calls last year were questionable but this year

the fix is in and its very apparent.

The difference this year is that the Wings are tired, banged up, and short-handed.

It's the ice. Did you see how th epuck was bouncing like a rubber ball the entire first period? Horrid... It probbably jumped, and just as it fell to the ice, caught the lip of his glove and bounced back out. Happens sometimes. We aer VERY lucky we aren't down right now...

It's really, really getting ridiculous with how much teams are allowed to get away with against the Wings.

Anaheim could do whatever they wanted, Chicago couldn't breath on us, but now we're back to the Anaheim standard with Pittsburgh.

A goal after an obvious offsides, Lidstrom railroaded into the boards on an obvious interference call, a trip on Leino results directly in a rush, Kunitz dives like he was shot to get a call, Pittsburgh not stopping on the faceoffs and the linesmen are too worried about the Wings' centeman to care... what a ridiculous first period.

And I virtually never ***** about the refereeing as an "excuse". That first period was just awful.

And despite that, we're tied? Good god.
