SvobodaIT 0 Report post Posted June 10, 2009 Looks like it might be difficult to renovate the joe's concourse with all that steel in the way... Any structural engineers know any different?
Z and D for the C 712 Report post Posted June 10, 2009 Is that really the JLA?
Jedi 1,865 Report post Posted June 10, 2009 Is that really the JLA? Yup. Look at the top section under construction (top, as in highest elevation, top left section of the linked picture). It matches the ridge at the top of the Joe as we know it today.
Doc Holiday 0 Report post Posted June 10, 2009 Looks like it might be difficult to renovate the joe's concourse with all that steel in the way... Any structural engineers know any different? I don't see why not. The steel is mostly on the outside, and if necessary steel columns can be moved and replaced if the concourse needs to be larger, wider, etc. Just like you see when they renovate bridges, they can keep it standing while removing key components to the structure.
