Mike 0 Report post Posted June 13, 2009 So what about this horrific injury that Hossa was supposedly playing through? He suffered a restricted trachea in the SCF.
Mike 0 Report post Posted June 13, 2009 (edited) seriously get the f*** over it, You act like Hossa raped your mother. And you're acting like he is your lover. If that's what makes him feel better, let him complain. Edited June 13, 2009 by Mike

GMRwings1983 8,788 Report post Posted June 13, 2009 (edited) seriously get the f*** over it, You act like Hossa raped your mother. Let me guess. You're another odd Hossa supporter? I just asked a simple question about his health status, which people over the last month have brought up as an excuse to his horrid play. I was wondering whether there was any merit to it? For instance, if Hossa was playing with a detached spinal cord, then I'd say that his poor play was justified. Edited June 13, 2009 by GMRwings1983

Detroit # 1 Fan 2,204 Report post Posted June 13, 2009 Wow Rafalski had a herniated disk in his back, he really gutted it out. No wonder he couldnt catch Staal in Game 4, and finally we see why Datsyuk was out for so long, 2 bad injuries. Dano played like a man possesed in game 7 up until the 3rd, and with a pulled groin, man, couldnt be more proud of the guys. Sucks to lose, but they played with alot of heart. Casey 145 Report post Posted June 13, 2009 With those injuries, they're lucky to have been in a position to have won the Cup. I'm proud of them.
HockeyCrazy3033 168 Report post Posted June 13, 2009 With those injuries, they're lucky to have been in a position to have won the Cup. I'm proud of them. Amen to that. Those injuries would easily put them out for a month or so if it were regular season. Amazing they played through it.

PenaltyShot 96 521 Report post Posted June 14, 2009 Wow, got to give props to Cleary, Rafalski, and Datsyuk. Especially with Babs saying that their injuries were serious enough that they wouldn't have played in the regular season. Rest up for next season, boys. Got to love their heart - and balls, if you will. Speaking of balls, Lidstrom's injury is easily the weirdest one . Did anyone ever rewind a DVR and catch the play where he was "speared"? I don't want to presume anything without seeing the footage, but that doesn't sound like a common accidental injury. Whoever did it is lucky Downey wasn't on the ice, a la Ian Lapperiere

I hope next year PAIN TRAIN goes after Sharp again and feeds that ***** his lunch.
