With Howard playing for the Wings next year, who will be playing alongside Larsson for the Griffins? McCollum?

McCollum will most likely serve as Larsson's backup next season, with Jordan Pearce will most likely play for Toledo or an IHL team.

I believe that MLive had an article that Larsson will be in GR with McCollum, Pearce is expected to be in Toledo.

Having all three available will be nice. If callups or injuries occur, we have a spare already in the system v. having to borrow whoever is available from Muskegon or Kalamazoo.

The Griffins are going to need strong goaltending next year. Especially with Abdelkader, Leino, and Helm all playing for the Wings next season from the way it looks.
