Red Wings player gets kicked out of bar tonight

So I was going to just tell you the player - but I thought maybe it would be enjoyable for people to make a guess as to what player it was. If people don't feel like guessing I'll just spill it.

But I work at a bar here in Michigan. I'm a waiter but obviously I keep working throughout the night when people are just drinking.

This particular Wings' player had gotten up on the main bar a few times dancing and singing. (we usually never allow this because its a pretty fancy establishment, but our owners knew who he was).

Well, eventually during one of his dances, he decided to jump into the bar and grab a fifth. (I dont want to start rumors as to what he was going to do with the 5th...chug it, pass it to a friend, whatever - because our bouncers were on him before he could do anything with it)

So swiftly one of our bouncers grabbed him and kicked him out of the bar. Apparently his name could only get him so far.

So there ya go - let the guessing begin.

Hmmm... the ol' man, Chelios??

nope. That would be awesome though. and...I'm not saying warmer because of their position. Though I'm not saying the player ISNT and defenseman either.

Abdelkader...I've only heard bad things about this dude when he's spotted at bars.

Hahaha ding ding ding!

Ya Dublin Square is a bar in East Lansing (I'm a Spartan) and it looked like they were having a hockey reunion. They were singing the fight song over and over again except replacing the line "and those spartans play good ball" with "play good hockey".

good guess man - good for you. The guy was just havin a good time though nothin to bad.

youthful indiscretions, we all have/had them. as long as he didn't punch a cabbie on the way home its all good.

You mean... "as long as he didn't pick up two hookers as he was escorted out of the bar and have his girlfriend dump him the morning after he also punched a cabbie in the face over 20 cents and got indicted on the same night as he jumped a guy in the street from behind and broke his neck right before he wedged a pound of cocaine up his ass which spilled out on the metro po po when he was searched which led to him try to escape on a dog sled while crying "my back, my back!" only to stop during the attempted escape to help a player from the other team pick up his stick while he was jumping into a fancy-shmancy frilly-things store to smuggle a 200$ bathing suit out around his nuts and THEN drunk-dialed Kenny Holland to ask old Tick Tock why he has a thing for his "sloppy seconds" cause he spent last year romancing Mrs. Holland in the press box"... it's all good.

Don't forget the part about stealing from the cabbie who makes 50 times less than he does in a year.
