I think it's kinda bizarre they're taking May out in place of Maltby/Miller despite that last game being one of May's best. Is Florida supposed to be a speed threat?

Babcock wants to roll four lines, and I guess he thinks that Miller-Abdelkader-Maltby is more versatile and quicker than when May is out there, esp. if May is going to be spending some time in the penalty box. Will the Panthers be dressing an enforcer? If not, that could be another reason I guess.

Just hope the refs tonight don't blow or have the intent to.

Wings 4: Homer, Dats, Abby, Kron

Panthers 1: Refs rule they intended to score

I don't know if it's because your back isn't giving you as many hissies as usual or not, but you continue to bring wondrous and wry humor to this board. Thank you.

Back's back to normal. Being nasty is a coping mechanism. Good thing I have the refs as targets.

Tonight's officials: Stevie Wonder, Janet Gretzky (who has money on FLA), an invitro baby, and the Panthers' GM.

Should be an improvement.

Go Wings!

Go Ozzie!

That and they play Montreal tomorrow, better chance you'll need May for that game so they give him a rest tonight.

Still don't get why Bertuzzi gets to stay on the top line when he's been terrible the last few games and is holding Datsyuk back quite a bit.

Anyway, I'll say we win 3-1 with a goal that gets waived off that gets knocked in my Holmstrom because the ref intended to blow the whistle for goaltender interference when Holmstrom didn't touch the goalie. (I think I got two phantom ref calls in one there).
