I think Babcock should have started Osgood again tonight.

How can your starting goaltender get some rhythm and battle through stuff if he you bench him after every other game ?

After going to a shootout the night before I would rather have the more rested goalie in.

Ozzie looked shakey last night. Why not play Howard, since he's rested? Honestly, unless some other players show up -- and I don't have any reason to believe they will or that they will be any better than last night -- it won't matter who is in goal.

I hope they come out playing hard tonight, but seriously, until we get a lot of players back from injury, I don't expect too much.

Needless to say, Go, Wings!!

They blew Brodeur's record getting and ended up with a point, good enough for me.

As for this game, f*** NEW YORK!

Go Red Wings Go!

i like that i could finally see the wings play in HD, but i wanted to see some wins in HD. pull this one out guys. you can do it!

Lol. It's funny that you say that, because I just got an HD tv, and every game so far with the new tv has been a loss :( I know they will win this one though.

This is a interesting game. We should be able to shut down a one playerish team like NYR. Let's see how Dats/Zetter/Lidstrom do vs. Gaborik.

Should be able to, I think they'll keep Gaborik off the score sheet, they'll have to if they've got any chance of winning this game.

Howard has made 30 or more saves the past 3 games. He may make a few mistakes every now and then, but I feel as though he is going to give Ozzy a run for his money. I'm hoping they give Eaves more ice time tonight! He had a hell of a game last night.

Hey! I'm new here (first post) though I've been visiting the forums and viewing several posts for awhile.

I just wanted to let everyone know that Yahoo Sports is playing this game live streaming tonight. http://sports.yahoo.com/nhl/hockeynight/2009120613

I've never watched it there before but I imagine it's a lot like center ice.

LET'S GO RED WINGS!

I'm sure Eaves will get his share of ice time. Babs' system rewards the role players who are doing well.
